I highly recommend Magic Helpers. We short term rent our home when we are traveling and I have usually used Magic Helpers for a turnover between us leaving and guests checking in, usually I do the cleaning on the other end when we return. They have always had stellar cleaning with many guests commenting on how clean our home was. This summer we left for two months and I was nervous because it was the first time we were going to have multiple vrbo guests without me seeing our home between. I spoke with Magic Helpers on the phone and they walked me through their best practices that would help them and me make my home and turnovers more efficient while we were gone. They assured me my home was in good hands. I should have never been worried. Magic Helpers staff automatically booked my cleanings for me based on my calendar, they sent reminders to me of cleanings and messages when they arrived and when they were finished. Their cleaning was spectacular and I know this because almost every guest over the two months commented on how clean the home was. I really liked how easy it was to communicate with staff via text. Communication was clear, quick and easy. Magic Helpers made our travel a breeze since we did not have to worry about our home in Texas. We are already planning on how to leave again next summer and rent our home again because Magic Helpers made it so easy for us in turnover and guests need. I'm so glad I found Magic Helpers to manage my Airbnb. They clean the house better than anyone - even removing pet hair from every surface. My guests have commented that our house is more clean than even those homes that don't allow pets! My guests have rated my home as "spotless"! They're always on time, they automatically schedule themselves through my Airbnb calendar so i don't have to lift a finger. I have peace of mind that my guests will have a good stay because the house is super comfortable and clean. They even take our trash out, and have replaced our smart lock batteries when they got low.
