By using the services provided by Magic Helpers or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of Magic Helpers services in the Austin, Texas area.

2. Services Provided

Magic Helpers provides professional cleaning services including short-term rental turnover cleaning, residential house cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and commercial cleaning services.

Service details, scope, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in adjusted pricing.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including situations where safety concerns exist or access requirements cannot be met.

3. Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate scheduling information and ensuring access to the property at the agreed time. This includes providing working access codes, keys, or other entry methods as needed.

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to customer error, a trip fee or rescheduling fee may apply.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during checkout or invoicing.

For recurring services, payment information may be stored securely for automatic billing. You may update or remove payment methods by contacting us.

Overdue invoices may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive service-related communications from Magic Helpers via email and SMS. These communications may include appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, and billing notices.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, though essential service-related messages may still be sent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Magic Helpers takes reasonable care in providing our services. However, we are not liable for damage to items that are fragile, improperly secured, or in poor condition prior to service.

Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims in good faith and work to resolve issues fairly.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Magic Helpers website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Magic Helpers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
